Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Aesculapian Facilities & Physician Suites has purchased a 3,056-square-foot office building at Pacific Crest Plaza, 601 S.E. 117th Ave., Suite 240, Vancouver, from Professor Vancouver. The purchase price was $660,000. Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.

Bethel Gospel Church has purchased 2 acres at 10800 N.E. 76th St., Vancouver, from Living Hope Community Church. The purchase price was $1,000,000. Stan Golosinskiy of The Handriss Real Estate Company represented the buyer, and Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

H&R Block, tax consultants, has expanded its lease to 1,870 square feet of office space at 3000 N.E. Andresen Road, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and John Hartigan of Hartigan Retail Strategies represented the tenant.

Just Leap has purchased a 2,400-square-foot building at 2411 Main St., Vancouver, from the estate of John T. Ghormley Sr., for a bakery expansion. The purchase price was $300,000. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer.
