The purchase price was $660,000. Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.
Bethel Gospel Church has purchased 2 acres at 10800 N.E. 76th St., Vancouver, from Living Hope Community Church. The purchase price was $1,000,000.
