Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Gough & Staudinger CPAs PS, has leased 960 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Tenant is scheduled to move in Sept. 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

B. Pierce Enterprise has leased 1,321 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

General contractor JH Kelly has leased 11,700 square feet of warehouse with office on 18,000 square feet of yard area from Neth Family LLC at 115 V St., Vancouver. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Jeter Hough Inc., doing business as Byno’s Roadhouse, has leased a 6,600-square-foot stand-alone restaurant building from Bagley Properties at 4250 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The restaurant and lounge is scheduled to open June 1. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

International Angler’s Exposition doing business as International Sportsmen’s Expositions, an event production/management company, has leased 4,352 square feet of office space from the Angelo Property Co. at Cascade Village, 705 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Vancouver. The tenant is scheduled to move in June 1. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the tenant.

ITS Computers has leased 1,070 square feet of space from Angelo Property Co. at Cascade Village, 615 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 3, Vancouver. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Woodlark Columbia Shores SPE, a California-based investor, has purchased the office building at 501 S.E. Columbia Shores Blvd., Vancouver, from 501 Columbia Shores of Vancouver LLC. The building consists of 41,500 square feet, is fully leased and was purchased for $6,750,000 as investment property. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Todd VanDomelen and Charles Conrow of Norris & Stevens represented the buyer.

Howard Family Limited Partnership 1 has purchased 17.47 acres of commercial development land at 12214 N.E. 117th Ave., Vancouver, from Darlene Atchley Trust. Tony Glavin of ReMax Equity Group represented the buyer and Larry Garcia of Larry Garcia Investment Real Estate Services represented the seller.
