ROGATION SUNDAY: All Saints Episcopal Church will celebrate Rogation Sunday beginning at 9 a.m. at 2206 N.W. 99th St. in Vancouver. This service, held the Sunday before Ascension, acknowledges the start of the growing season. Garden implements, plant starts and seeds will be blessed. Small crosses will be handed out to serve as garden row markers.
