Reward offered for help in locating double robbery suspect

A reward is being offered to anyone who can help identify a robber who stole money from an Arnada neighborhood credit union two times in six days.

Cascade Federal Credit Union, 1706 D St., is offering up to $5,000 to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest of the person who robbed the branch twice in April.

In both robberies, the first reported April 9 at 1 p.m. and the second April 15 at about 2 p.m., the robber wore a dark bandana over his face and a dark sweatshirt with the hood up, according to police.

The man carried a gun in the front part of his waistband and displayed the firearm while demanding cash, police said.

In both instances, he fled in a dark green, two-door Ford Explorer Sport with no license plates.

Detectives describe the robber as a man in his 20s with an olive complexion and dark-brown hair, between 5 feet 10 inches tall and 6 feet tall, and weighing between 200 and 225 pounds.
