Vandals tagged cars and a garage overnight Wednesday in the East Minnehaha neighborhood north of Westfield Vancouver mall.
Seven victims in the 5800 block of Northeast 82nd Avenue discovered spray painted swastikas and other symbols, said Clark County Sheriff’s Sgt. Fred Neiman.
