Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Double Diamond LLC, doing business as Lava Java, a coffee shop, has leased 1,149 square feet from Flightpath LLC at Heron Gate, 2 S. 56th Place, Ridgefield. The anticipated move-in date is June 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Forever Pet Dental has leased 1,700 square feet from Angelo Property Company LP at Cascade Village, 615 S.E. Chkalov Drive, Suite 14, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in is in July. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Jolene Wright has renewed her lease at Parkway Plaza I, 8100 N.E. Parkway Drive, Suite 25, Vancouver. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Hawaiian Vapor, an e-cigarette retailer, has leased 1,000 square feet at Burton Plaza, 11011 N.E. Burton Road, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Matrix Roofing has leased 3,405 square feet from William Halberg at Central Industrial Park, 6000 N.E. 88th St., Suite D-102, Vancouver. Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

The Max Trust has purchased a 5,700-square-foot office building at 604 W. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver, from W H & M Inc. for $685,000. Terry Phillips of the The Phillips Group represented the seller and Charles Kleier and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer.

Melodie’s Salons LLC has renewed its lease at Cascade Plaza, 1706 W. Main St., Suite 103, Battle Ground. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Nexus Chiropractic has leased 2,249 square feet of office space from Jeffrey Smith and Melanie Smith at the Accel Mortgage Building, 12214 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 101, Vancouver.
