Students learn life, lifesaving skills

Camas — Dozens of students learned lifesaving skills during a weekend leadership conference organized this month by the Southwest Washington Red Cross Youth Council. In addition to training in CPR/AED and first aid, the 60 students who attended learned about “the power of positivity, selfless leadership, making good choices in the face of peer pressure and understanding one’s personality traits,” according to a press release.
