Columbia Sports Cards has leased 16,000 square feet of office space at Eastridge Business Park, 11713 N.E. 99th St., Vancouver. Joshua Schwartz and Keith Young of Kidder Mathews represented both parties.
JCC Holdings LLC has purchased a 6,000-square-foot retail building at 328 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from Sandra Fischer Trust for $610,000. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates, and Greg L. Goforth of Windermere/Crest Realty Co., represented the buyer. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial Premiere Partners represented the seller.
Murray, Smith & Associates, an engineering firm, has leased 2,102 square feet of office space in the 400 Mill Plain Center in Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is May 1.
