We’d love to have you share your memories of mother

What are your memories of mom? The Columbian wants to hear from you for an upcoming Mother’s Day story that will tell your true stories, whether heartwarming or heartbreaking, about the mom or mother-figure who is no longer in your life.

For those who have experienced this loss, through death or other means, what memory stands out above all others? Was it making cookies with her on a rainy Sunday, the time she waited up all night for you to return from your first date, a random phone call to say she was thinking of you?

We’d love to hear the stories that are important to you, from childhood or adulthood.

Please send recollections by April 13 to Stover E. Harger III at stover.harger@columbian.com or to 701 W. Eighth St., Vancouver, WA 98660. And let us know if you’d be willing to be filmed for a related video project.

Feel free to call 360-735-4530 with any questions.
