Backers donated $65,000 to the Children’s Justice Center, which supports abused children in Clark County. The donation was presented to Executive Director Mary Blanchette during last week’s Windermere Foundation community reception at the justice center.
The Windermere Foundation raised money last year through an art and wine auction at Royal Oaks Country Club. A similar event is planned for September, with proceeds going to the Children’s Justice Center.
