A brief power outage affected 1,069 customers in the Salmon Creek area early this morning, according to Clark Public Utilities.
The outage was reported at 5:45 a.m. today. The power was out for “just a blink,” said utility spokeswoman Erica Erland.
The cause of the outage was not determined, Erland said.
