Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

MAJ Place HD LLC has purchased an office building at 609 Repass Road, Vancouver, from the V. Wayne and Doris M. Fletcher Trust. The purchase price was $675,000. Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.

MAJ Place HD LLC has purchased the former Steakburger Restaurant site, which is 1.8 acres, from the Robert and Merilyn Condon Living Trust. The purchase price was $1,850,000. Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer, and Pam Lindloff and Charles Kleier of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller. The purchaser plans to redevelop the site to include a restaurant and medical office.

Matt & Regan Myers, doing business as Northwest Hobbies & Games, have leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at 9317 N.E. Highway 99, Suites F and G, Vancouver, from Wei Ping Li Yeung and Chi Keung Yeung. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Options 360 Pregnancy Clinic has renewed and expanded its lease at Cascade Plaza, 1706 W. Main St., Suites 113 and 115, Battle Ground. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

USMC has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Cascade Plaza, 1706 W. Main St., Suite 105, Battle Ground, from Retelas Property Group. Jennifer Miesner of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

Velendo Real Estate has purchased 8.19 acres of industrial-zoned property at Northeast 47th Avenue and Northeast Minnehaha Street, Vancouver, from Erickson Enterprises. The purchaser bought the land for $400,000 with plans to develop the site with a 35,000-square-foot building. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer.
