A Vancouver man appeared Monday in Clark County Superior Court on suspicion of having and dealing child pornography.
Anthony Gilbert Ramirez, 22, is accused of uploading image files on Google servers of minor girls engaged in sexually explicit conduct, mostly with adult males.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 8 on charges of two counts of first-degree possession of images depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct and one count of second-degree possession of images depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; two counts of first-degree dealing of images depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct and one count of second-degree dealing of images depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and two counts of first-degree viewing of images depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct and one count of second-degree viewing of images depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Judge Robert Lewis held Ramirez on $25,000 bail and appointed Vancouver law firm Grecco Downs to defend him.
