Chang Lee has purchased a 5,623-square-foot office building at 916 S.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver, from MAJ Mill Plain at 164th LLC. The purchase price was $850,000. Irfan Tahir of Colliers International represented the buyer. Mike Jenkins, Derek Federinko and Brandi Welter of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
