Monday is the final day for residents new to the state of Washington to register to vote in the primary. New residents must register in person at the Clark County Elections Office, 1408 Franklin St., Vancouver.
For residents who are registered, ballots must be postmarked by Aug. 5. To receive a ballot, contact the Clark County election office at 360-397-2345.
