Tuscany Homes buys building owned by The Arc

A long-vacant building owned by The Arc of Clark County at 9415 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd. has sold for $550,000 and will become headquarters for Tuscany Homes, a home construction company.

Charlie Kleier, a principal and Norris, Beggs & Simpson, and company vice president Tamara Fuller represented the buyer, Bridger Properties, LLC, and the seller, Arc of Clark County.

The 4,470-square-foot office property has been on the market since January 2011, Norris, Beggs & Simpson said in a news release about the property sale.
