RECRUIT TRAINING: TOP HONORS
Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Robert Foster was selected as the honor graduate at a ceremony last month at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. Foster excelled over his peers physically and mentally, and was awarded for high rifle and fitness scores, leadership and level of motivation. He is a native of Vancouver.
