Council for the Homeless is looking for reception and office help.

Inter-Faith Treasure House is looking for food distributors with a pickup or van to pick up donations of food during two-hour shifts. Volunteers must be able to lift about 35 pounds. It is also looking for volunteers to sort donated items for the thrift store during four-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge seeks volunteers to provide information to the public about the natural and cultural resources of the refuge.

• The city of Vancouver seeks to fill a vacancy on the Parking Advisory Committee, a seven-member group that advises the city council and city staff on parking policy and program implementation. Members must be either city residents or property owners, business owners, or an officer or partner in a business in the downtown area. • The Fort Vancouver National Trust is looking for 150 volunteers to help at the Columbia River Concours d’Elegance on Aug. 3. Assistance is needed with tickets at the gates and with traffic control. Shifts are a few hours long in addition to a short training session on July 26. Volunteers will receive free admission and a parking pass. • The city of Vancouver seeks volunteers for the 2014 Concert & Movie Series.
