PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Portland Police Bureau is alerting the public that officers have recently taken three reports of a man exposing himself to kids.
Sgt. Pete Simpson says each incident has been in northeast Portland. The victims, all from 10 to 12 years old, say the man exposed himself as he stood in the street or a sidewalk, and then ran away.
The man is believed to be in his 20s or 30s. He is about 5-foot-10 and weighs 170 to 185 pounds. He has dark brown hair and a scruffy face, and wears a white t-shirt, blue or green boxer shorts and dirty running shoes.
