NEW YORK (AP) — PepsiCo Inc. is making a $1 million donation and streaming a live concert Friday to benefit injured military veterans and their families.

The company said it would stream a show featuring comic Jon Stewart and country star Blake Shelton online at 9:45 p.m. EST. The show will take place at a temporary venue built for the company in Manhattan’s Bryant Park in connection with Super Bowl festivities.

The PepsiCo Foundation is making the donation to the Bob Woodruff Foundation, the organization that aids injured veterans named for the ABC News journalist who was severely injured by a roadside bomb in Iraq.

The event will be streamed at www.pepsi.com .

Viewers can click a button on the site to donate to Woodruff’s foundation.
