PHOENIX (AP) — The WNBA All-Star game will be held in Phoenix this summer for the second time.

The game on July 19 will be played at US Airways Center, home of the Phoenix Mercury, and televised by ESPN.

Phoenix also hosted the WNBA All-Star game in 2000, when Tina Thompson was chosen MVP after scoring 13 points and grabbing 11 rebounds while leading the Western Conference to a 73-61 victory.

The 2013 game was held at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
