• The Clark County commissioners seek to fill one position on the three-member panel that oversees Drainage Improvement District No. 5. Applicants must be property owners within the district, which includes the area bounded roughly by Northeast 132nd Avenue on the west, 99th Street on the south, 182nd Avenue on the east and 149th Street on the north. They must be registered voters in the state of Washington.
Drainage improvement district commissioners have authority to purchase property, enter into contracts, and conduct business as needed to maintain and operate drainage systems. They are elected or appointed for staggered terms of six years.

• The Clark County commissioners seek to fill three positions on the Emergency Medical Services Administrative Board. Board members are selected for their expertise in specific professional disciplines required in the development and oversight of the emergency ambulance service. The vacant positions are in the areas of health care administration, business and law.
The board normally meets from noon to 1:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of January, February, May, June September, October and November.

• The city of Battle Ground seeks to fill one position on the Park Advisory Board. The board makes recommendations to city council regarding the acquisition, control, improvement, and planning of all city public squares and recreation facilities. Members must reside in, or own property or a business in, Battle Ground or within the city’s urban growth boundary.
