Columbia Way neighborhood starts anew

Columbia Way — The Columbia Way Neighborhood Association was recently restarted after a few years of inactivity. Neighbors voted to reactivate the board when they elected a new crop of officers to serve as liaisons between them and the city. The board now consists of President Gary Southwell, Vice President Greg Warren and Secretary/Treasurer Julie Ann Smith. The Columbia Way neighborhood is south of Highway 14 and east of the Interstate 5 Bridge.
