• Scott Eaton has joined the senior leadership team of Vancouver-based C.E. John Co. as senior vice president of commercial real estate. Eaton previously worked with Tom DiChiara, a key member of C.E. John’s leadership team who recently was appointed senior vice president of development.n Terry Meisner joined On Line Support of Vancouver as an account manager for the technology firm. Meisner, who has 25 years of business experience, will serve clients in the Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area.

• A new Heritage Bank office has opened in Vancouver at 16400 S.E. 18th St. It’s open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday. Drive-up is open 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. The Vancouver East Team is led by Charmaine Lightheart, vice president and branch manager.
