PARK CITY, Utah (AP) — Keri Herman completed her quest for the Sochi Olympics on Saturday by finishing second in the ski slopestyle qualifier at the U.S. Grand Prix.

Herman’s best run scored a 91.80 and clinched the third and final guaranteed spot for the games with an additional woman’s spot potential still available. Julia Krass came in first on the day for the women with a high score of 92.60 and Dara Howell of Canada placed third.

Gus Kenworthy — winner of the 2011 and 2012 AFP overall titles — took second for the men’s slopestyle at the U.S. Grand Prix with a score of 95.00, punching his ticket to Sochi for the third and final guaranteed men’s spot.

Park City local, Joss Christensen placed first for the men on Saturday with a top score of 96.20, but he did not have enough podium finishes in qualifying events to make the U.S. team.
