A proposal for 100 single-family home lots in unincorporated Clark County — a 28-acre housing development — is in the preliminary review process through the county’s Community Development Department.

The proposal would be called Century Bay Subdivision. It is located off Northeast 50th Avenue and 139th Street in the Pleasant Highlands neighborhood near Pleasant Valley Elementary School. The site is zoned R1-7.5, which is a single-family residential district.

A pre-application conference is scheduled for Jan. 23 between project contacts from Olson Engineering Inc. and county land-use review staff.
