The last day for submitting a mail-in voter registration for the Feb. 11 special election is Monday.

Only voters in the Mount Pleasant, Washougal and Woodland school districts will receive ballots for the election.

The registration forms must be postmarked with Monday’s date, Jan. 13, or before. Online registrations can be submitted up to midnight on Monday by visiting the Clark County Elections Office website at clarkvotes.org and clicking MyVote.

If the registration is done online, then a change of address by currently registered voters must also be submitted before midnight Monday in order to apply to the special election.

Address changes made by mail must also be postmarked by Monday and sent to 1408 Franklin St., P.O. Box 8815.

The Clark County Elections Department will be open until 5 p.m. to accept address changes made by telephone or in person.
