TORONTO (AP) — Former NFL defensive back Matt Ware has joined the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League.
Ware spent eight seasons in the NFL with Philadelphia and Arizona. The Eagles drafted him out of UCLA in the third round in 2004.
Ware was a two-sport athlete in college and played two seasons of minor league baseball in the Seattle Mariners’ organization.
