BRUSSELS (AP) — Olympic judo bronze medalist Charline Van Snick says she will appeal her two-year suspension for a positive cocaine test before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Van Snick said the International Judo Federation left her no choice because she maintained her innocence and said hair tests showed the amounts found could not have impacted her performance in any way since they were “isolated and minimal.”

Van Snick told RTBF network, “I want justice.”

Van Snick was informed her of positive urine test around the time of the world championships in Rio de Janeiro in August, when she also won bronze in the 48-kilogram division.
