GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — San Francisco 49ers cornerback Carlos Rogers will miss Sunday’s NFC wild-card game against the Green Bay Packers with a hamstring injury.
Rogers had been listed as questionable for the game after missing practice all week. Tramaine Brock will start in his place against the Packers’ potent passing attack.
The 49ers will have cornerback Eric Wright available after he was limited in practice with a hamstring injury.
For the Packers, Brad Jones is active and slated to start after the inside linebacker missed last week’s season finale against Chicago with an ankle injury. As expected, Green Bay is without pass-rushing linebacker Clay Matthews because of a right thumb injury.
