DS Fabrication & Design, Inc. has leased nearly 14,200 square feet of warehouse and office space at the Port of Camas-Washougal’s industrial park at 3805 S. Truman St., Washougal, giving the company more room to design and manufacture industrial devices.
The business is expected to relocate on May 1, moving from Southeast Eighth Avenue in Camas.
Brokers Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. represented the port in the lease transaction, while Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant.
