Liquor licenses

The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Joseph M. Depinto, Rankin L. Gasaway, Lawrence G. Hughes, Ena W. Koschel and David L. Seltzer, for a license to sell beer and wine at 7-Eleven, 9900 N.E. Highway 99, and 12908 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver.

Michelle E. Parker and Wesly J. Parker, for a domestic winery license to operate Koi Pond Cellars, 805 N.E. 199th St., Ridgefield.

Ronnie L. Steigman, Troy Steigman and Kelly Steigman, for a microbrewery license to operate Silver Star Brewing, 607 E. Main St., Battle Ground.
