Alzheimer’s Association of Western and Central Washington seeks support group facilitators to pre-screen new participants, confirm room availability, set up rooms and facilitate meetings.

CDM Services seeks skilled handymen and kitchen assistants for the adult day center, and program aides to help in various areas within the agency.

Clark County Food Bank is in need of receptionists with computer experience to greet and direct visitors, answer calls, file, perform data entry and do light office cleaning. Many shifts are available.

Council for the Homeless is looking for volunteers to greet guests at the overnight shelter, prepare and serve food, perform safety checks, collect bedding and make wake-up calls.

Juvenile Justice and Rehabilitation Administration Region 3 seeks volunteers to mentor youth in the juvenile justice system. Mentors visit youth in juvenile facilities at least once a month, talk to them by phone and write letters as often as possible. An intern in the Mentor Program is also needed to educate the community about the program and its needs, create presentations to service groups and faith-based organizations, recruit volunteers to be mentors, and pursue grants and donation opportunities.
