West Hazel Dell — Vancouver’s Nicholas Yencopal is in the midst of serving 10 months with the FEMA Corps.
He’s already spent more than two months helping in the aftermath of September flooding in Colorado. H
e’s currently with a team in New York helping FEMA with the post-Hurricane Sandy recovery.
FEMA Corps units are part of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps.
