Washougal — Jemtegaard Middle School’s first “Bring Your Parent to School Day” on Feb. 4 brought out nearly 120 parents to get a glimpse of what class is like for their students.
Parents, many who took the day off work, listened to lessons, completed projects with their kids and interacted with teachers.
“This gives parents a first-hand look at what a child is talking about when they come home from school,” Principal David Cooke said in a press release.
