With Fort Vancouver resting its starters, senior Alex Hansen helped Columbia River cap an unbeaten season in the Class 3A Greater St. Helens League.
Hansen had 10 points, seven rebounds and two blocks for the Chieftains, who finished 10-0 in the 3A GSHL.
With Fort locked into its district seeding already and facing the possibility of having to play four games in four nights, Trappers coach Scott Thompson rested some of his players on Tuesday.
Fort Vancouver will face Kelso in a loser-out game in the district playoffs on Wednesday at Hudson’s Bay.
