Schools in the Battle Ground, Evergreen, Hockinson, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Camas, Washougal and Green Mountain school districts will be closed Friday. All school activities are canceled.
Several private schools — Firm Foundation Christian, Cornerstone Christian, St. Joseph’s Catholic School and International Air and Hospitality Academy — are also closed Friday.
Clark College and Washington State University Vancouver are closed Friday.

All Clark County school districts closed two to three hours early on Thursday and canceled all evening activities. So did schools in Cowlitz County.
At Clark College almost 100 afternoon and evening classes were canceled by instructors Thursday. Officials closed the community college at 2 p.m. Thursday. Chato Hazelbaker, college spokesman, said officials would decide around 5 a.m. Friday whether the college will be closed.
“If there’s inclement weather, we communicate whether we’re open or closed,” Hazelbaker said.
Washington State University Vancouver closed its campus at 3 p.m. Thursday.
Brenda Alling, WSU Vancouver spokeswoman, said officials would determine early Friday morning whether the campus would be open Friday.
Snow makeup days
Classes missed due to snow will be made up later in the year.
Vancouver Public Schools made up its one prior snow day last Friday instead of taking a day off for semester break, said Pat Mattison, district spokeswoman.
Evergreen Public Schools had one closure day in December. The district will make up that day at the end of the school year, plus another makeup day for Friday, said Gail Spolar, district spokeswoman.
As of Thursday, Battle Ground Public Schools already had accumulated three snow days that will be made up at the end of the school year in June, said Sean Chavez, district spokesman.
