Clark County Public Health is seeking nominations for the Public Health Community Award.
The award recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding contributions to promoting and protecting community health. The selection committee is especially interested in people or groups that have worked to prevent health problems, forge partnerships and strive for communitywide outcomes.
Nomination forms are available on the public health website, www.clark.wa.gov/public-health. Nominations are due March. 29.
A committee made up of the Public Health Advisory Council and Clark County Public Health staff members will review nominations and select a winner. The award will be presented during the Clark County Board of Health meeting at 9 a.m. April 23 at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.
