Girls basketball: Camas 38, Battle Ground 33

A solid fourth quarter lifted the visiting Papermakers to the win. Camas outscored Battle Ground 11-5 in the final period.

Nikki Corbett scored 14 points and Rachel Rice 13 to provide much of the offense for the Papermakers.

For the Tigers, Madison Barr had 11 points and two assists and Alena Jarvis had 10 points, five rebounds, two assists and a steal.

Camas (13-7, 8-2) lost only to league champion Skyview in Class 4A Greater St. Helens League play. The Papermakers visit Skyview at 5:30 p.m. on Monday to play for the district championship.

Battle Ground (8-12, 4-6) will play at Union at 5:30 p.m. on Monday in a district playoff game.
