MAIL: Post offices closed. Only priority mail delivered. The postal unit at Shell, 1605 N.W. Sixth Ave., Camas, is open 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day of the year.
GARBAGE: Trash and recyclables normally picked up today or Friday by Waste Connections in Vancouver and most of Clark County will be picked up one day late. Friday’s normal collection will be picked up Saturday. In Camas, today’s trash and recyclables will be picked up Friday with Friday’s regular collections.
PUBLIC LIBRARIES: Closed.
CLARK PUBLIC UTILITIES: Offices closed. For 24-hour customer service, call 360-992-3000. To report outages or emergencies, call 360-992-8000.
GOVERNMENT OFFICES: Closed.
PARKING METERS: On-street parking in Vancouver is free.

ZOO: Oregon Zoo in Portland open.
GIFFORD PINCHOT NATIONAL FOREST HEADQUARTERS: Offices closed today and Friday.
CLARK COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM: Closed.
MARSHALL COMMUNITY CENTER: Closed.
FIRSTENBURG COMMUNITY CENTER: Closed.
ANIMAL SHELTERS: Humane Society for Southwest Washington closed. West Columbia Gorge Humane Society closed.
WESTFIELD VANCOUVER MALL: Open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Anchor store hours are: J.C. Penney, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Macy’s, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Nordstrom, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sears, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
