The Storm completed a 3-1 mark at the Nike Interstate Shootout at Lake Oswego, Ore.

HannahJoy Adams scored 11 points, and Sydney Friauf added 10, leading the Storm to a three-point win over Iolani.

Skyview coach Jennifer Buscher said this game featured the Storm’s strength — tall and feisty — against Iolani’s strength — small and feisty.

Iolani made 10 3-pointers and five 2-point field goals.

The Storm dominated the boards.

“Both the Friaufs (Riley and Sydney) and (Ashlee) Comastro) did a fine job rebounding today, and all tournament,” Buscher said. “It was a great tournament. We learned a lot.”

Skyview improved to 6-3 overall and has 11 league games left in the Class 4A Greater St. Helens League.
