Vancouver — Children in crisis situations will be given some love in the form of hundreds of stuffed polar bear toys following an iQ Credit Union promotion.
Each new loan customer during the Oct. 1 to Dec. 15 “Get a Loan, Give Some Love” campaign picked which of four local charities would get a toy donation.
The organization is now donating more than 400 mustached polar bears to the Vancouver Police Activities League, the Children’s Center, the Trauma Intervention Program and the Children’s Home Society of Washington.
