No. 1 - Seattle must make Aaron Rodgers move. The Green Bay quarterback is playing with a torn calf, which limited his mobility in last week's playoff win over Dallas. Still, Rodgers threw for 316 yards because he was able to stay in the pocket, where he threw 31 of his 35 passes. If Seattle defensive ends Michael Bennett and Cliff Avril can force the pocket to collapse, it will be a long day for the ailing Rodgers.

No. 7 – Stripping it down to defense

The season opener Sept. 4 against Green Bay brought back Super Bowl memories for the Seahawks.

Not only was the championship banner unveiled, but the defense that keyed Seattle’s Super Bowl victory showed up in full force in a 36-16 win.

Midway through the third quarter, defensive end Michael Bennett blew by his blocker and jarred the ball loose as he hit Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Green Bay recovered the ball in the end zone for a safety, giving Seattle a 22-10 lead.

That game and that play in particular showed that Seattle had every intention of contending for another Super Bowl. And like the previous year, the Seahawks’ defense would be their strength.
