Emily Peters scored 17 points, Cherita Daugherty had 13 points and 12 rebounds, Jamie Phares had 10 points, and Natalie Whitesel had 12 rebounds for Prairie.
The Falcons will take on Brookside Christian of Stockton in the 7:30 p.m. final Tuesday.
