• Matt Bader, who has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, has joined Eagle Home Mortgage as a loan officer. He began his career working for Merrill Lynch and was a principal and partner with Coldstream Capital Management.
• Columbia Credit Union has hired Art Newby as senior vice president, chief information officer. Newby most recently served as a chief technology officer for a large California financial institution. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Marine Corps Officer School.
• Leslie Cook has joined Davidson & Associates Insurance of Vancouver as personal lines account manager. She has 19 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been a licensed agent since 1995. She recently relocated to Vancouver.
