A Level III sex offender recently released from the Stafford Creek Corrections Center has registered as homeless with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Daniel C. Brush, 39, was convicted of second-degree sex abuse in Washington County, Ore. for sexually molesting a 17-year-old girl he knew, according to the sheriff’s office. Ten years earlier, he was convicted of first-degree sex abuse in Columbia County, Ore. for assaulting a 13-year-old girl multiple times, the sheriff’s office said. He’s among the group of sex offenders considered most likely to reoffend.
Brush is living in Vancouver. He’s described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and 155 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He doesn’t have a vehicle.
The Department of Corrections and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Unit will supervise Brush.
