Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Kiewit Infrastructure West, providing construction services for government, transportation, power, water and other major sectors throughout North America, has leased 3,300 square feet of office space at First Pacific Plaza, 7720 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Suite 100, Vancouver. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant.

John Deere Landscapes has renewed its lease at Pacific Industrial Commons, 14511 N.E. 13th Ave., Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and John Robbie of DTZ represented the tenant.

Starbucks has renewed its lease at Centerpointe Retail Center, 8720 N.E. Centerpointe Drive, Vancouver, for an additional five years. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Third Heart Tattoo has leased 1,040 square feet of retail space at 1830 Main St., Washougal, from Lone Wolf Development, and is open for business.
