CAMAS — When school begins Wednesday, traffic entering Union High School will be impacted by road construction.

Because of road construction, all school traffic will enter the school from First Street (Lake Road). All traffic leaving the school will exit right onto Friberg/Strunk Street to First Street (Lake Road). No entrance or exit will be allowed from 13th Street to Friberg/Strunk Street. Officials also laid out these rules:

• Drivers should obey all traffic flaggers.

• Slow down to 10 mph.

• Do not ride bikes or walk on the closed section of Friberg/Strunk Street.

• Carpool to cut down on traffic.

• Parents, drop off and pick up your kids quickly.

• To avoid being late, plan ahead and leave a little earlier.
