A home in Vancouver’s Hough neighborhood was one of three places where Portland police executed a search warrant Thursday in connection to a gang violence investigation.
The Vancouver Police Department’s Gang Unit assisted the agency with the search warrants, which were served at about 5 a.m.
No arrests were reported after police served a warrant at 1009 W. 23rd St. When police served warrants at two other addresses in Portland, they arrested George Anthony Waters Jr., 23, for an outstanding warrant for attempted murder in connection with recent gang violence.
Portland police said the investigation is ongoing and no additional information was available for release.
