Vancouver couple honored with Sparkles award

Arnada — For helping fix up dilapidated houses and properties in their community, the Arnada Neighborhood Association has honored Bruce and Judith Wood with a Vancouver Sparkles award. “If not for their efforts some of these properties would have fallen into greater disrepair and could have become a safety issue for the neighborhood,” according to the latest Vancouver Office of Neighborhoods newsletter. The award is given to Vancouver residents who take extra steps to make sure their neighborhoods are looking sharp.
